Yes!!! I am so too loving the beach here in North Freo. As much as I froth at the mouth to get back to Sydney, being a 10 minute run away from the beach certainly has its benefits! To be able to see the ocean on the train on the way to and from work is amazing – it just makes me feel instantly calm.

I run along the pristine, almost empty beach every day – more than I ever swim in it – and will definitely miss it when I come back home.

OMG, I went to Coogee and didn’t like it at all. So many people and just a pokey little break. Where are you supposed to go swimming in Sydney? (Forgive my ignorance if you’ve already answered that in your post.)
