The Internet Advertising Networks of Australia is an industry body formed in 2008 to represent the interests of independent online advertising networks in the Australian marketplace. I was approached to design the logo and brand ID for the group, as well as the website.

The brief in regards to the website was to create something functional and minimalist, which would convey a 'high tech' image, whilst simultaneously appearing 'professional' and 'dependable'. Further, the site had to be set up to allow easy downloading of additional information by interested parties.

Drawing on the colour scheme used in the logo design, and keeping to a simple 'tabbed folder' navigation paradigm, the initial site was set up using Dreamweaver on my testing server.

Communication and feedback with the group co-ordinator saw a number of small changes applied to the site, and the addition of various PDF materials for download (this method had been agreed upon as the easiest, most portable, and most compatible format for easy document exchange). The site was tested as stable, and I decided to add a final touch in the form of contextual navigation cues on the far-right of the interface to aid site visitors in quickly locating their position within the site structure, given the nature of some of the links requested which can quickly change one's position within the navigation trail, and could therefore lead to confusion.

Once the final site beta had met with all stakeholders approval, server space was purchased, the domain name was redelegated to the server location, files were transferred over from my testing server to the 'live' domain, and control was formally handed over to the group co-ordinator.
